Project Role's Allocation Mode
The default way of viewing is by using resourcing slots which take your view mode and allocation units into account. The colors and timeline make it effortless to stay on track about the project's resourcing situation.
Project Role's Information Mode
This information view collects the following data into a coherent table which is shown in hours:
User = project role's person
Role = project role
Task = if the role has a task set to them, it will be shown here
Note = if the role has a note set to them, it will be shown here
Hourly rate = if the role has an hourly rate set to them, it will be shown here
Realizations = Amount of actual hours registered for the role
Allocations = Amount of future hours allocated for the role
Estimation = calculated with the equation: Actual hours + Allocations
Budget = if the role has an hour budget set to them, it will be shown here
Deviation = calculated with the equation: Budget - (Past actual hours + Future allocations)
All of the values are summed together in the SUM row below.
User = project role's person
Role = project role
Hovering Over the Budget Value in Information Mode
As you hover over a budget value you are offered a tooltip. This tooltip provides you with the following information:
Available hours = Available monetary budget for the project / Person's hour price
Maximum hours = Person's current hour budget + Available hours
Available budget = Total budget - Total allocated monetary budget
Total budget = Own income budget + External income budget + Other income budget (from project's basic information)
Project Role's Monetary Information Mode
If you are interested in the monetary values regarding the roles, click on the currency icon which provides you a similar table as before - but this time everything is shown in that project's currency:
The calculations and fields are identical to the information mode:
User = project role's user
Role = project role
Task = if the role has a task set to them, it will be shown here
Note = if the role has a note set to them, it will be shown here
Hourly rate = if the role has an hourly rate set to them, it will be shown here
Realizations = calculated with the equation: Actual hours * Hourly Rate
Allocations = calculated with the equation: Allocated hours * Hourly Rate
Estimation = calculated with the equation: Future allocations * Hourly Rate + Past actual hours * Hourly Rate
Budget = calculated with the equation: Hour Budget * Hourly Rate
Deviation = calculated with the equation: Budget - Estimation
All of the values are summed together in the SUM row below.
