Performance Dashboard can be found under the Resourcing Intelligence (RI) menu item. If your environment did not have any kind of a dashboard created yet - it will be initialized with a default one showing few gauges about allocations and actuals.
This view is highly customizable for different needs to get a quick grasp of how things are progressing.
Highlighted Projects You now have option to set some of the allocations as highlighted ones. You may set a project tag to be highlighted and then every allocation box containing allocations for those projects is marked with a small triangle to indicate this.
Great for situations where you want to quickly notice off-site allocations for example. More information here
